AT&T’s Contact Center Solutions substantially change the way in which consumers interact with companies through contact centers. We are proud to have been asked to design and animate the concept that would explain the added value that comes from AT&T’s solution.
With so many different communication options available, consumers want to be able to choose the channels that are most convenient to them when reaching out to companies. Ranging from traditional phone calls, to chat, social media and video conferencing, companies need to prepare to meet and serve their clients everywhere and they need to have a system in place that will capture the data from any source and make it available in a single place.
To mark the launch of this service, AT&T approached us to design and animate the concept that would explain the added value that comes from their solution, a customized, integrated, vendor agnostic contact center.
Together with the production team at AT&T, we came up with a timeline concept, visualizing a customer journey across several communication channels, from initial contact to purchase, after sales service and complaint management. Full screen graphics were used in between the live footage to visualize the technology and the concept in a simple and concise manner.
